What you’ll learn

From the Progressive Calisthenics Certification (PCC) you’ll learn how to take the physical development of both you and your clients, to unprecedented new levels. How you’ll be assessed

The PCC concludes on Day 3 with ‘The Century’.
The Century is the testing protocol used where you’ll demonstrate conditioning and technical capacity in four basic exercises. All reps must be completed back-to-back, with a maximum time limit of 8 minutes.

Men’s test                                                
Full squats: 40 reps
Full push ups: 30 reps
Hanging knee raises: 20 reps
Full pull ups: 10 reps 

Women’s test
Full squats: 40 reps
Kneeling push ups: 30 reps
Hanging knee raises: 20 reps
Australian pull ups: 10 reps

Don’t successfully complete it on the day? No problem! All participants are given up to 60 days post-workshop to submit a video re-test.
