Serious Training For Serious Results

Right now in the fitness industry, it’s all about bodyweight strength training.

Trainers, athletes and serious clients alike are looking for the toughest, most brutally productive training techniques to spice up their workouts and provide a truly unique challenge for their body and mind. Think: one-arm push-ups, pistols, pull-ups, handstands, hanging levers and the like!

Bodyweight strength training can generate massive power, coordination and balance, revolutionising the physique, building tendon integrity and blasting fat from the body. It’s what really separates true athletes from the poseurs – millions of gym-rats can do a bench press or a curl, but when somebody busts out a one-arm pull-up or a human flag, you know they’re serious about strength training!

Network is proud to provide the Aussie industry with an exclusive opportunity to learn the most effective calisthenics techniques from bodyweight strength authorities, Al Kavadlo and Grace Kavadlo, at the Progressive Calisthenics Certification.

The bottom line is, this program is not for the feint-hearted. If you want to know how to master and program in the key calisthenics movements – either for yourself or your clients – then spending a few days with the world's foremost calisthenics program is a must.
