The Indoor Cycling Experience (ICE) is a cutting-edge Indoor Cycling Instructor Course to train fitness professionals how to become innovative, effective and motivating Indoor Cycling Instructors.
Suited to both novice and experienced cycling instructors, the I.C.E Indoor Cycling Instructor Course workshop focuses heavily on music and technique, teaching you how to effectively accommodate the range of experience and fitness levels that you typically see in cycle classes. Take home the proven skills, drills and techniques that keep participants returning class after class!
The I.C.E Indoor Cycle Instructor Course is also an Accredited Program with Fitness Australia, with every participant receiving 15 CECs upon completion of the course and full I.C.E Instructor Certification.
