Whoa! 20 years of step and Marcus Irwin is back on stage! What a session, what a day!
by Analee Matthews | Saturday, May 01, 2010
Right now Marcus Irwin is on stage with the rest of the stepping dream team - Steve Boedt, Min Lomo and Stephen Parker - in a celebration of 20 years of Step. Picture 160+ people all stepping in unison and you have a plenary to remember.
Plus, we've also got Tony Boutagy's packed-to-the-rafters session, teaching delegates how to write better fat loss programs; while Phillip Mills of Les Mills fame is teaching people how to 'ignite the entrepreneurial spark'.
Simultaneously, Anna Louise Bouvier is unveiling the contents of her latest book The Feel Good Body, helping delegates help their clients better understand correct posture and the impact of poor alignment.
Of course, in another lecture room not so far far away, Matt O'Neill is spruiking his expertise along the themed lines of 'switching to nutrient rich' foods and why this is ideal for optimal health.
Down the escalators you've also got our Indoor Cycling Master Trainers working up a sweat in the cycle room, led by the effervescent Effe Diamond, with back up brilliants Alisha Smith, Ryan Hogan and Lesley Gray.
And if that doesn't sound like choice enough, everyone's favourite 'nice guy' Jay Blahnik is teaching yoga-inspired full body flexibility, while Liz Dene and Claire Norgate are teaching Pilates perfection; and New Zealand's own Tamara Echave is teaching pool-based circuits.
All in all, it's been another red-hot day of FILEX edu-tainment. We hope you've enjoyed the day as much as we've enjoyed delivering it.
See y'all tomorra!
:)
