While this course is delivered online, you’ll need to ensure you’re comfortable with the execution of each kettlebell exercise ahead of your practical assessment so you’ll need access to the following basic equipment:
2 x kettlebells – minimum weight of 8kg each for females and 12kg each for males
Fundamentals of Kettlebell Training has theory and practical assessment tasks..
- 20 multiple choice questions
- 10 short answer questions
- Video yourself demonstrating each of the 15 exercises outlined in the course, delivering 3 instructional cues for each.
Fundamentals of Kettlebell Training (Level 1) is approved for 7 CECs with Fitness Australia and 2 PDPs with Physical Activity Australia.
From the receipt of your successful assessment submission, you will receive your certificate of completion and CECs from AIK directly, within 14 days. (A faster review can be organised with an urgent processing fee of $50 payable.)
