A former Australian Fitness Network Presenter of the Year and writer and host of Pilates TV, Zosha now resides in Hong Kong where she focuses on working with special populations.

Pilates is an incredibly popular choice of exercise for mothers-to-be, with many choosing to join a regular Pilates class during their pregnancy. In this workshop Zosha guides you through the trimesters, explaining which exercises are appropriate for each stage and revealing how to easily modify exercises when teaching to a group comprising both pregnant and non-pregnant participants. An instructor of numerous movement disciplines, from ballet and pole dancing to Pilates and freestyle, Alissa is a competitive aerobics athlete and finalist and has a love of performance which has led her to work with Madonna's trainers, and appear in countless live shows, television shows and advertisements, as well as in the Sydney Olympics Opening Ceremony.

Learn how to combine the best of Pilates with popular music and dance-based choreography in this non-competitive, fun and challenging hour of non-stop dance movement and conditioning. Learn how to tone your participants’ muscles while raising their heart rates and energy levels.
