10 minutes to make a difference

iKiFit, a fitness program specifically catering to children and special populations, is inviting fitness facilities, schools, businesses, community groups and families to take part in a short’n’sweet event to help improve student outcomes in schools.

Inspired by other great Aussie BIG things (think prawns and bananas), while remaining conveniently quick, The Big iKi is a 10-minute workout taking place on Wednesday 5 November at midday. The event aims to highlight the powerful impact great class content, clear consistent guidelines and strong leadership can have on students and their community.

To take part in the event, click HERE to register. While you’re there check out the classes on offer and choose the one that suits you and your group. Then you’ll just need to organise yourself, your workplace or school to join you on the day (grabbing something to use as an iKiStick – or you can make your own or purchase one before the day)
