The rapid expansion of F45 Training appears to be continuing unabated, with its target of selling 700 franchises globally by the end of 2016 being on track.
In just two years, the fitness facility operation based around high intensity group workouts, which originated in Australia, has sold over 500 franchises in 20 countries. It’s now set on further expansion in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.
F45 Training Founder and CEO, Rob Deutsch, said there are less than 50 territories left in Australia and anticipates the other markets will also adopt the business model at a rapid pace: ‘We have a head start in continuing our growth agenda across the globe with over 100 franchises already sold in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.’
Explaining the success of the business in what was already considered a crowded marketplace when it founded, Deutsch ‘In addition to our unparalleled suite of training programs, its low-cost operating model uses process-driven systems and extensive in-house technology to scale the business efficiently and profitably. Owning an F45 Training studio offers franchisees an opportunity to improve the lives of their members, enjoy an enviable work/life balance and earn significant income regardless of industry experience.’
F45 Training offers members an unlimited array of functional training programs based on a HIIT-style workout. Using strength and cardio training, the 45-minute sessions are designed to burn upwards of 750 calories.
‘We partner with elite athletes to develop our training programs to ensure a person at any fitness level will see the best results. Members also have the technology to track their progress through our latest device, the LionHeart Heart Rate Monitor’ said Deutsch.
