// Indoor Cycling Choreography: Plan to perfection!

by Effe Diamond

Music that lends itself beautifully to indoor cycling should be studied closely by the instructor. The track needs to be dissected and mapped out into distinct parts; the intro, outro and musical highs and lows. A communication plan then needs to be established which corresponds with the different sections of the track. Intricately knowing the map of a song and how each part should be worked will ensure its successful delivery.

If you are unsure about how to dissect and optimally plan to a piece of music, the plan below will help you get started.
