Ride to work on 15 October

Ditch the car or public transport on 15 October and get in the saddle for a leaner, greener commute for Ride2Work Day.

Run in conjunction with state cycling bodies across Australia, Ride2Work is a national behaviour change program that encourages Australians to get started and help keep them riding to work all year round.

Ride2Work Day is held annually to celebrate riding as a form of commuting to work and to encourage people to join the cycling commuter ‘revolution’. As an added incentive, free community breakfasts are held across the country to celebrate the morning commute on two wheels.

As well as being environmentally-friendly and cost-effective mode of commute, cycling to work provides a great opportunity to incorporate incidental exercise into your day. Why not let your clients and members know about Ride2Work Day? Registering is free here and only takes a couple of minutes.
