What’s new at FILEX in 2015?

FILEX, the largest fitness convention in the Southern Hemisphere, has undergone some exciting changes for 2015. The Network Events department has worked long and hard to keep the program fresh and tailored to exactly what our members want to experience.

  • FILEX 2015 kicks off with 10 Opening Plenary sessions, which will showcase the best of the best. What a great way to kick-start the FILEX weekend!
  • The session timeslots have been revamped, with the program now featuring a mix of 75 minute and 90 minute sessions.
  • A new strand has been introduced to the program. ‘Group Training’ is jam packed with sessions designed specifically for trainers and instructors who train groups, small and large
  • An additional timeslot has been added to the Sunday of FILEX.
