Who are Suzanne Cox and Jason Karp?
Suzanne is an accredited exercise physiologist who works with a wide range of clients in both clinical and gym environments. She is also a senior presenter at the Australian Institute of Fitness in NSW, and the founder of Absolute Conditioning. Suzanne also has a Masters in Exercise Science (rehabilitation).
Jason is an internationally acclaimed running coach, speaker and writer. He contributes to numerous international running, coaching, and fitness magazines, is the author of four books, and is a frequent presenter at fitness and coaching conventions worldwide. The 2011 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year, he owns run-fit.com, a valuable resource for trainers, runners and running coaches.
