This course will provide and equip you with the fundamental skills required to implement and facilitate your clients when developing a Manual Resistance Training program utilising minimal equipment. Prior to covering the Manual Resistance exercises, we will cover the core principles of strength training and the importance and relevance to the field of client performance and injury prevention. After covering the exercises, it is imperative to maintain current knowledge and applicability with the other two primary forms for resistance training, including body weight and plyometric training methods. These two particular methods will be covered a great deal presenting optimal performance techniques to avoid injury, and more importantly, the relevance and applicability of these methods when delivering to clients.
