ABOUT THE COURSE CREATOR

Edwina Griffin has worked in fitness and wellness for over 25 years, as the founder of her Fitwomen, Fitmum and Fitmen centres. After winning several business and fitness industry awards, Eddy then worked in national training and operations roles for national franchises where she became passionate about improving workplace culture.

Her company offers workplace health and wellness programs on leadership, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and negotiation. She consults as a workplace mediator, keynote speaker and is the founder of AtOne, a technology company targeting stress and anxiety.
