Looking to cut back on the booze after a lengthy lockdown, but not ready to lose that big beer taste?

Award-winning ultra-low brewer Big Drop Brewing Co has recently introduced two full-flavour 0.5% ABV alcohol beers – Pine Trail Pale Ale and Uptown Craft Lager – to its range.

Available in Dan Murphys and BWS, the beers offer the perfect alternative for craft beer lovers wanting to cut back on alcohol, but not on flavour.

Pine Trail Pale Ale is an American Pale Ale style beer with floral aromas, a light and limey citrus bite and a balanced bitterness to finish.

Uptown Craft Lager is an easy drinking amber lager with light herbal and floral hop aromas, with hints of caramel, spice and orange.

Brewed in Victoria, both beers are low gluten and low carbohydrate, with the Pale Ale having only 14g of carbs and 63 calories per 375ml can, and the Lager just 8g of carbs and 41 calories – around one-third or less of what you’d find in most regular beers.
