Access Period

You have 12 months from date of purchase to complete this course. A $50 extension fee will be required if you do not complete your course within the allocated time frame. If you wish to obtain the CECs/PDPs/CPDs, you will need to complete the course by the CEC expiry date listed above.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This course delivers information in a combination of learning styles, including visual, auditory, read/write and kinaesthetic, and covers more advanced Suspended Fitness and functional training principles, plus more advanced exercises. This course also includes an in-depth practical assessment.

The level 1 course you have completed taught you how to:

  • Understand how to set up and use your Suspended Fitness equipment
  • Understand key Suspended Fitness principles
  • Understand how to Progress and Regress suspended fitness exercises
  • Understand the underlying techniques and how to perform and teach these key suspended fitness movements.
