ABOUT THE VIPR COURSES
ViPR (Vitality, Performance, Reconditioning) bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes. ViPR introduces the concept of Loaded Movement Training (LMT) to the world of fitness and sports conditioning. LMT combines task-oriented movement patterning with resistance training. Agility and strength come from moving the body in a multitude of purposeful tasks with load.

ViPR training courses will soon be delivered online by Australian Fitness Network, the leading source of professional development for Australian fitness professionals for over 30 years. The ViPR course library comprises the following:
Loaded Movement Training 1
Providing PTs with an introductory level education on the fundamental principles of Loaded Movement Training (LMT) and exercises that make up the foundational drills of all ViPR programs.
Loaded Movement Training 2
Building on the fundamental concepts and drills of the Loaded Movement Training 1 course, this intermediate-level course delves deeper into ViPR methodology, program design and implementation, and skills progression.
ViPR Active Ageing
This intermediate-level course provides trainers with a specialist skillset needed to enhance the lives of older adults, by following Loaded Movement Training principles and core ViPR exercises.
This specialist intermediate-level course provides trainers with the know-how to apply the fundamental principles of Loaded Movement Training and core exercises of ViPR programs with kids aged 4-15.
