Just 3-4 hours total each week. That’s 2-3 workouts (45 minutes each) and about 30 minutes to get your food ready. That’s less time than most people waste on workouts that don’t even work!
Training Details
You’ll do fun exercises that work your whole body. We mix strength moves with cardio to burn fat fast. No boring treadmill for an hour! Your trainer will show you how to do each move the right way.
Each workout is just 45 minutes. That’s shorter than one TV show! We make every minute count so you don’t waste time. You’ll be in and out fast but still get amazing results.
Most people do 2-3 sessions each week. That’s all you need! Some busy folks do just 2 sessions and still see great results. We’ll help you pick what works best with your schedule.
You can choose! We can train you at our gym in Melbourne. Or we can train you online at your home. Or we can even come to your home or office if you live nearby. You pick what feels best for you.
If you come to our gym, we have all the tools you need. If you train at home, you just need a bit of floor space and maybe some small weights. We can work with whatever you have. Many people start with just their body weight.
Yes! If you live in Melbourne, we can bring the gym to you. This saves you travel time. We bring all the gear you need. It’s perfect for busy people or if you feel shy about going to a gym.
Tell us about it! Your trainer will work around any issues you have. We can change any exercise to make it safe for you. Many of our clients have bad knees, sore backs, or other problems. We help them get fit without pain.
No way! We start where YOU are. If you get tired after walking up stairs, that’s where we begin. If you used to play sports, we start there instead. Your workouts will feel just right for YOU.
We teach you the right way to move. We start with easy versions of each exercise. We watch you closely to make sure you’re safe. And we never push you to lift weights that are too heavy. Safety always comes first!
Yes, if you want to! We can work your current activities into your plan. But most people find our workouts are enough. If you love your morning walks or weekend bike rides, keep doing them! We’ll help you fit it all together.
