We offer gym personal training. Where clients can come to one of our six gyms across Melbourne.

Our personal trainers will guide clients through a motivating and custom workout. From the very first session, clients say they feel stronger, fitter, and more healthy.

The sessions can be done 1-on-1 or 2-on-1. That way, our clients can split the cost with a partner or friend, making is more affordable and fun. Or enjoy private sessions at your preferred location, 24/7.

First Assessment

The way our personal training works is that we first talk to the client on the phone. This will help us guage the clients motivation, goals, and injuries. Then we can schedule a first session. The first session is designed to take the client to 60% effort. Which means it’s not too hard, or too easy.

Custom Exercise Plan

Our personal training is specifically designed to get the client the exact result they want. Whether it’s weight loss, toning up, building strength, or gettin fit for sport. The sessions aren’t cookie cutter. They will strengthen, stretch, tone, and shape up every muscle group in their body. The sessions are twice as effective as any other form of training. Because we use methods and techniques that have been developed over the past 10 years.

Step-by-step Guidance And Instruction

We will guide clients through strength training, high intensity cardio, and exercise technique. Clients’ posture will improve. Their performance will increase. It’s only a matter of time before their life changes forever. Exercise and nutrition are both skills. They are hard to learn without a teacher in person. And we get clients up to speed, lightning quick with these skills. They’re kept for life. And the results are permanent.

Progress Tracking

Every inch of our clients’ health is reported. And that’s why our advice is so quick. And so effective. Clients’ would really need to go out of their way to un-do the progress we create for them. It’s as easy as ABC. Just follow this, look this way, and there are your results. The body they’re amazed to see in the mirror. The feeling of accomplishment. Tracking metrics becomes easy, and they just keep getting better. The feeling of motivation from seeing the numbers move is incredibly satisfying.
