We offer casual sessions or packages for personal training in South Melbourne.
You can call or enquire on our website to get started. You’ll first get a phone call with your trainer to talk about your goals and a plan to get you there. Our plans include training, nutrition, and daily accountability on our app.
Our casual sessions are just pay per session without nutrition and accountability. There’s no lock in or committment. Some clients like the committment, so they opt for the 6 Week Reset package we have.
Gym Location
By appointment only. 108 York st South Melbourne. Or we’ll come to your apartment gym or nearby park with all the equipment.
First Personal Training Sessions
The first session isn’t too hard. But you’ll still get a good workout in. We won’t push your comfort zone. We’ve got plenty of time to get a lot out of the sessions. The main focus is to build a positive association with exercise. All you need to do is keep showing up, and we’ll handle the rest. You won’t need to think or decide what to do or how to do it. You’ll be confident that you’re doing exactly what you need to do to see 1kg of fat loss per week.
Custom Exercise Plan
The first in person session with your personal trainer is an assessment. But it’s also a workout. They will watch how you move, where your fitness level is at, and analyze your strength. Based on whether you’re a begginner, intermediate, or advanced, we will build a custom program for you after the first session. Each session works on technique, posture, strength, fat loss, and fitness. No matter what goal you have, we’ll make it precicely custom so you see changes, fast.
How Much Should You Pay?
Personal trainers vary in price in Melbourne. The main reason is because when trainers become booked out, they increase the price because they have less availability. So popular trainers have higher prices. They are popular for a reason though. And clients find that the service is of higher quality than others. If clients are looking for someone to just watch them exercis, there will be someone that can do that at lower cost.
My concern is that cheap trainers are like any fitness program. You still have to do the program, put in the effort, time, and money, and you still might not see the result you want in the end. So what’s the point in doing it?
