We Are Injury Specialists

We start by chatting to you on the phone about your injury. Your background, how it happened, and a bit about a plan on how to get stronger. On the first session, we wil take you through many different exercises to see how you move. They won’t be particularly heavy or difficult. It’s more about seeing what you can and can’t do.

Then each session after that, we will prescirbe specific exercises using bands and technique. We can do this by coming to you with all the equipment. Or you can visit one of our private gyms below:

Prices

We have a 6 Week Lean Body Reset program. This is tailored to injuries and strength building. But at the same time, you’ll improve your physique. It includes a custom nutrition plan, and daily accountability to boost your motivation. The price for this is 1,299.

And we also have casual personal training sessions. $100 for 45min, and $65 for 30min. No committment or lock in.

How Do The Sessions Work?

The sessions are at your own pace. We know exactly how hard to push you. Not too hard, not too easy. We need to see how you move in the gym with some basic and easy exercises to prescribe a program to you.

You will get a friendly and experienced personal trainer that’s experienced in dealing with all kinds of injuries.
