Armstrong Lazenby competed on Ninja Warrior. And trained at the Victorian Institute of Sport. He runs FN Personal Trainers across Melbourne. Armstrong’s dad got him training in the home gym when he was 11 years old. This training helped him make it onto National TV for Ninja Warrior Season 2.
