The Beginner Program (Ages 13-15)

The Athlete Program (Ages 15-17)
For teens who want to get serious about fitness or sports performance. We build real strength and teach advanced movement skills. This is where teenagers start feeling genuinely powerful.
The Advanced Program (Ages 16-18)
Everything is completely taken care of for you. These are teenagers who are ready to train like young adults. We prepare them for adult fitness routines while still respecting their developing bodies.
Sports-Specific Training

When and Where We Train
After School (3:30pm – 6:00pm)
Perfect timing. They’re done with school but not yet into homework mode. Gets them moving before they collapse on the couch.
Weekends
Saturday and Sunday mornings work great for teenagers. They’re usually free, and it starts their day with energy instead of sleeping until noon.
School Holidays
We run intensive programs during breaks. More frequent sessions when they have time to really focus on their fitness.
