What Does Online Personal Training Include?

If you have some stomach fat, we would start by using two strength training sessions a week. And one-two cardio sessions. Both of these sessions would be highly targeted towards burning body fat using specific methods. That are both effective, sustainable, and enjoyable. Then we would pair this training with our 7 visual nutrition guides you can read through. And give you custom recommendations for what foods to eat that are enjoyable and effective for fat loss.

By losing body fat, you will see muscle definition underneath. This is exactly the toned looks people are going for. That’s how it works. While pairing a fat loss diet with strength training, the muscles become stronger and more defined. Once you’re happy with your muscle definition, it’s easy to increase strength and muscle size if you desire. If you’re going for the hourglass shape, then muscle building on your glute and glute medius are an effective way to attain this. Reducing stomach fat and building core strength will also improve posture and your waist to hip ratio.
