When my clients add post-meal walks, their medication doses often get reduced over time, but that happens under medical supervision, not by stopping pills on their own.

How Walking Fits Into Long-Term Blood Sugar Control

Walking after meals prevents spikes. Preventing spikes reduces average blood sugar over weeks and months. Lower average glucose improves insulin sensitivity, which makes future meals easier to manage. This creates a positive loop.
