Network membership: historical context and education options

Updated 20 September 2026.

Older links to Network membership refer to Australian Fitness Network’s professional education offering. They should not be read as an offer to renew a historical membership through this page, or confused with a personal training service for exercise clients.

Why older links can describe different benefits

Membership pages and printed brochures reflect the products, benefits and prices available at the time they were published. The Australian Institute of Fitness later described a move from the old membership model to a subscription offering in its Network announcement. That announcement is a useful record of the change, rather than a guarantee that every listed tier or price is still available.

Find the right kind of service

If you need continuing professional education, use the education provider’s current information and ask about access, assessment and recognition. If you need an industry registration or professional insurance, verify those requirements separately with the relevant organisation. An education subscription should not be assumed to include either.

If you are trying to access an old account, contact the provider through its current official website. Avoid sending passwords or identity documents to an email address simply because it appears in an old brochure.

Compare education on useful terms

  • What will you learn, and who is the course intended for?
  • Is assessment included, and what evidence of completion is supplied?
  • Does your registration organisation recognise the relevant course?
  • How long does access last, and what happens on cancellation?
  • Is the total price clear, including any renewal or assessment fees?

For examples of specific training pathways, see our guides to Gateway Pilates and Schwinn indoor cycling education. This reference page does not administer Australian Institute of Fitness accounts or claim to continue a former membership contract.
