Pro-Visual Publishing, in conjunction with Heart Foundation Walking, has released its 2019/20 edition of the Augmented Reality (AR) National Guide to Fitness & Health. The Guide is distributed free of charge nationwide to gyms, health and fitness clubs and dance and yoga studios.
The 1 metre x 1 metre wall-mounted guide is designed for display so all patrons and trainers can view it. It aims to provide health, fitness and wellbeing guidance and can also be used as a tool of reference for trainers during their sessions.
The Guide’s content is beneficial to those who are looking to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, with the topics including the benefits of exercising, sleep, a healthy diet and hydration and a section about the benefits of walking, with a contribution from the Heart Foundation Walking.
Furthermore, the use of AR creates a digitally interactive experience for gym goers and trainers by
combining print and digital. By simply downloading the free Pro-Vis AR app, users can use their smart device to scan over any AR capable content to access additional information including videos, weblinks and PDF’s.
John Hutchings, CEO of Pro-Visual Publishing, said ‘I would like to thank all the sponsors of the National Guide to Fitness & Health 2019/20. Their support has made it possible for the Guide to be distributed free of charge’.
Pro-Visual Publishing is the specialist in wall-mounted workplace health and safety, food safety and hygiene, and wellbeing information resource guides.
